All of a sudden in the last week my 6 year old Jack Russell neutered male wants to eat everything in sight.. foodwise.....He used to be a picky eater , now he can't seem to get enough to eat..Does anyone know what might be causing this???? It is starting to worry me!
Really does sound like worms, my puppy was doing the same thing right when i got her and i was like man she is eatting a lot but wasnt gaining weight, i checked her stool but she was not passing any worms but i still went ahead and treated her and on the third day of the treatment she started passin em like crazy and shes all good now!
I didn't see any worms and he is gaining weight.. I just don't understand it. He had a antibiotic and steroid shot 2 weeks ago for an ear inflamation.. but I don't think it would remain in his system this long...

Suggest you take this up with your dog's vet. You might take in a fecal sample for testing just in case. Limit food/treats to prescibed recommended amount in the meanwhile so he doesn't put on more weight as that isn't healthy either.
