All of a sudden in the last week my 6 year old Jack Russell neutered male wants to eat everything in sight.. foodwise.....He used to be a picky eater , now he can't seem to get enough to eat..Does anyone know what might be causing this???? It is starting to worry me!

How long since he's been wormed or since you've taken a stool sample into the vet? Is he losing weight, gaining, or staying the same?

You might watch him poop tonight and take a closer look to see if it looks as though there are worms in it.

I didn't see any worms and he is gaining weight.. I just don't understand it. He had a antibiotic and steroid shot 2 weeks ago for an ear inflamation.. but I don't think it would remain in his system this long...

Suggest you take this up with your dog's vet. You might take in a fecal sample for testing just in case. Limit food/treats to prescibed recommended amount in the meanwhile so he doesn't put on more weight as that isn't healthy either.
