Ok, so I have a little problem here. My metabolism is pretty fast for the most part. I'm slender (5'7'' 114lbs). However, it seems like more and more fat keeps collecting to my stomach and I just don't know what to do.
I want to burn my stomach fat without burning anything else because I could use some fat lol. I just don't want it there.

You're slightly underweight for your height. I'm 5'7". When I weighed 112lbs, my doctor used to beg me to at least get up to 118lbs. That's the minimum for 5'7".
That said, you clearly are able to tell where you will collect body weight. Some people collect it in their hips. Some people have it evenly distributed. Unfortunately, people who collect weight in their waist are at risk of developing heart diseases. For that reason, it's important that you help your body evenly distribute weight when you gain.
The only answer is abdominal excersises.
Don't diet. You don't need to diet. You need excersise. People often assume that thin people are healthy and in shape. Nothing could be farther from the truth. There are thin people who never excersise and who don't have muscle mass. I know because I was one of them.

I've got the same problem! I'm naturally thin, but I've got this little roll of belly fat that won't seem to go away no matter what I do! It's gotten worse since I entered my 30s.
I call it my "mama belly".
I don't know what can be done, except to make peace with it. I eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, do all the things I'm supposed to do. And the belly fat isn't that noticeable, especially when I'm dressed.
I think the only answer would be a tummy tuck, and I'm not willing to go that route.
"Forget about doing hundreds of crunches, sit-ups, or any of the various "drawing in the belly button" exercises. They're virtually useless for most people when it comes to losing belly fat."

Yes, it's true that it's impossible to "spot-reduce".
After my pregnancies, I tried to tone up my tummy by doing 200 sit-ups a day. My stomach muscles got rock-hard... under the little layer of belly flab, which did not go away.
I think some of our weight-distribution is genetic.
This just seems to be where I carry my extra fat.
I'm actually slightly under normal weight, according to my doctor.
I figure, some women carry their fat in their hips, butts and thighs; I carry mine in my middle.
Nothing changes it, and trust me, I've been trying to lose it for nearly 20 years.
I've given up and accepted it.

Be careful. You might be accused of being negative.
