Is it a crazy idea or a realist idea ?

We can say that we can get money anywhere...

What kind of business ? And what you think about that ?

Well....... I guess nothing is impossible, but don't expect a business in Detroit to be very successful. I really do try to stay opptimistic and positive about the city but you have to look at reality as well.

If a business is going to be successful in ANY detroit area right now it is either going to be Downtown, Midtown, or any area near the Detroit/suburbs border.

You would have to create a business that's unique and not available in Detroit or the suburbs. And obviously prices have to be low if you want to survive in Detroit.

You do know liquor stores outnumber grocery stores in Detroit by a high rate around 25 to 1. That is not like anywhere.
