BSEED Demolition Map

The map is updated quarterly so many that are 'approved' may have already been demolished.

Lets hope they get the right buildings. Once in a while, they demolish the wrong building and people find their house has suddenly disappeared. Addresses can be tough to read and understand.

^I remember during the 90s that area was probably one of the liveliest areas of the city. Some pretty nice homes too. Decay seemed really sudden.

Well if they are going to demolish these places I wonder if they would be to upset if I went in there with a pick up and a pair of pliers and pulled all the wiring

Scrappers are already way far ahead of you. A house doesn't even need to necessarily set for demolition before people come in and take everything. Plus many of the ones set to be demolished are likely homes that are already stripped and burned by arsonist.

You would have to get in line. You will also be hard pressed to find a place with any wiring, or plumbing left in the walls. Also absent will be windows, radiators, molding, light fixtures, and in some cases, bricks.

The area up between Hoover, 7, 8, and the RR tracks is starting to succumb. That's sad. It held out famously for a very long time.
