I can see it now... Much like Greensburg, Kansas, utterly devastated by forces uncontrollable, Detroit can be rebuilt to be the greenest large city in America.

With Toledo just to the south stepping into the solar initiative, I think the great lakes can not only be a green energy powerhouse, but an agricultural and economic powerhouse once more. All we need are people voting, working, and raising awareness!

Is it me, or is there a domino effect going on in downtown Detroit? The bones and resources for a spectacular city are there, so why not utilize it and develop downtown Detroit into the place to be in the near future? I love all this positive energy and investment in Detroit, and it seems that every time one company invests in the city another follows suit, and then another, and another, etc. Awesome!
