Is there any interest in having a group happy hour for people
who live in the south burbs?

I'm sure there are great happy hours in the Tech Center and
also I hear Maggianos at Dry Creek & Clinton has great specials.
Also Champs next to Park Meadows is excellent.

So who's in? Anyone interested?

Maggiano's cool. The sub-urbs are sprinkled with tons of great places. And there's no parking headache

Hi all,

I live in the Castle Rock area so I would be up for a happy hour in the south suburbs. I keep trying to attend the other happy hours but it's tough to get downtown after work.

You know, I am starting to wish I lived in the southern areas. You guys seem to have much better eating options and gyms, my constant struggle in Thornton. Have fun!! Wish I could meet you !

I would be up for one outside of Denver. Don't know much about the burbs but have been to a few places off I-25.

There are peeps here who will help you move WTME or SE.

If I am not bowling or feeding teenagers, I am up for a CD meetup.

2b: thanks for the shoutout. Unfortunately we are weighted down with our own townhome, so would have to sell first. No way are we trying for this Spring. Next spring is very very possible.

Thumbs up Let's do this...

Great! Sounds like we have some interest.

Do we want to try for tomorrow, Friday?

If we can get 4 people total it will be a fine success for our
first outing of the "South-Suburbs" Denver group..

As I suggested before, Champs in front of Park Meadows
has great food for $5 an item. I also hear (but haven't been to)
Maggianos has great specials also.. But any place with good
specials is fine by me...

If we get 4 people to commit for tomorrow Friday 6/12 we should
call it a go... After we get 4 we can vote on the venue..

I'll be the first to commit:
1) Tom
2)
3)
4)

Ok let's plan for our first "South Suburbs" happy hour for next week..
Everyone is just plain chicken to meet up this week..

I propose Wed 6/17 at 5:30PM for our 1st happy hour.. Maybe we
can make this a standing informal event where people can make
new friends in the area we live in and also share all the best deals for
local services or the best restaurants..

If you can make it, respond back with your choice for the happy hour
location. The location with the most votes is it. Any where from the
Bellevue exit south to Park Meadows seems like a good area to select
from. We can also change the day, I just figured mid week would be
a treat for us all to eat up and escape the work week for an hour.

Wed 6/17 at 5:30PM Happy Hour
1) Tom
2)
3)
4)

I think meet ups need at least a weeks notice, maybe more...

I bowl Wednesday nights. Otherwise, I am so there.
