husband is wondering how the area is? demographics? is it way east? can you tell what major highways the neighborhood is nearest? so i could look on a map?

anyone live in there? the prices seem a bit pricey compared with what you get.....

thanks.

Why not look on a map and answer all of your questions. I managed to find it in 10 seconds.

I doubt that exurban area will ever be fully built out, I would imagine the forclosures are through the roof that far out. Moderator cut: not helpful

I found it at 444 jamestown way, aurora co. Its definitely "out there" but say that that area will never be fully built out is either wishful thinking or ignorance. But with the real estate crash, it'll probably be a while.

I just purchased a home in Traditions. I like that it's far enough away from the city, yet close to I70/E470 to get where you need to go without too much hassle. Oddly enough, there are hardly any foreclosures in Traditions; however there are a number of homes in the neighboring Cross Creek which are in foreclosure. The homes in Traditions are a bit more on the "traditional" side, but still a good variety and cost less than those in Cross Creek.

I would recommend a drive by and also visit the sales office to see the models. If you don't mind HOA and like to be just outside the city, this is a good place to be.

Yes, those tolls (highest in the U.S. on 470 are great) and being just an hour from Denver is an added bonus. I hear Kansas is a nice place to live too.

I avoid the toll road...I'm cheap . In good traffic it's about 20 - 30 minutes (at the most) to downtown from Traditions.

I live in the Traditions and we love it. 15 minutes to Southland Mall, 15 minutes to Northfield Shops, 20 minutes to Downtown, 15 to air port ... To many churches to list we like Eastern Hills I could go on and on..

We moved from Castle Rock to Aurora / traditions and that was a big change. You will find about a 15K savings in home price just going back South a few miles.

This area will be a great investment for the reason that everything will come and it will be built out 5 plus years.
Also love Vista Peak School. The campus is elementary, middle and high school with a 2 year collage campus.
