We are coming up on being in Douglas County, CO for 1 year. As I learned on here, we paid a lot to initially register our 07 Honda CRV in the county. We are still more than 60 days away from the renewal deadline, so I cant get any information online.

Can anyone give a ballpark figure on how much it will be to get a new sticker? I know it is based on weight/age of the car, but we need to know for budgeting purposes. In Florida, It was only $25. We cant afford a big surprise here!

An '07 CRV? I'll ball-park it around $375 - $390.

It will probably be like $40-50 less than what you paid last year.
I mean, this is simply a ballpark figure -- use it at your own risk.

I just bought a new (to me) vehicle, but the one I originally brought with me when I moved was like $288 to register, and then the next year it was something like $240. Hope this helps.

I don't know if Douglas County has something similar, but the City and County of Denver (or maybe it was the Dept of Revenue) has the formula they use on their website for the purpose of ballparking registration costs.

Okay this is helping me a little bit, because I was confused as heck as to why my sticker on my 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid is only $125 this year and the sticker/plate was $250 last year.

BTW, that is more than fine with me.
