Are there any places one could get a house or townhouse in Denver, close to the rail, and the communities are walkable? Close to bars, movies, etc...

I am looking to move somewhere that will require me to use my car very little.

Most of the neighborhoods in the city of Denver are walkable. If you want something close to light rail, I can suggest the Platt Park neighborhood, which is very close to the Louisiana station.

If you want to be closer to downtown, of course, you can walk to nearly everything from Capitol Hill, though that isn't right on the light rail line.
