Guys, can anyone recommend a good (and not too expensive) salon/hair stylist in Denver? I am new here and don't know any places My hair is really thick and curly and it's not easy to do smth with it, so I am very picky when it comes to hairdressers.
Thanks

I used to go to a cosmetology school to get haircuts.

Four dollars.

But now (that I am a big spender) I go to chain joints with a coupon.

The only difference between a $10 haircut and a $35 haircut is $25.

Ah, Charles, not if you are a female with curly hair. It's notoriously difficult to cut and style.

I recommend Cue, at Babooshka's on Colfax and Adams (Congress Park area).

She is very, very good at cutting curly hair. Quite reasonable too.

When I moved here in August, I found a website that listed the Top Places in Denver (hair salons, restaurants, ski resorts, etc). The #1 hair salon named by the voters who participated was called Luxe Salon. I made an appointment and have loved the way my hair looks every time I go there. They have their own website so you can check out all of the stylists (though with your hair type, you can also call and ask the receptionist). The stylist I go to is named Sasha, though you might find someone who specializes in curly hair. My haircuts are $45, which is the same price I paid in Tampa and Phoenix.

Luxe Salon is in downtown Denver, down the street from Coors Field. I make my appointments on Saturday and have never had any problems finding parking.
