I'm moving to Denver in the fall originally I was looking in Lowry for places I still like it there I just want more options. I want to live in a safe neighborhood that's my only requirement.

If budget and location don't matter Wash Park is the best spot in town for said demographic. Highland or LoDo would also be fun.

That said, you are going to CU med school right? This is not a great commute

Yea that's where I'm going where would be the bet place for me to move with the shortest commute, I don't mind driving just no more than 30-45 min tops.
