How's the market in Littleton for house sales? It's a desireable area with awesome mountain views. Retirees should find that area appealing.

Depends which "Littleton" you are referring to. The city, in Arapahoe County, or the mailing address of south Jefferson County, or the mailing address of northern Douglas County - three distinct counties and micro-markets.

There is a well established Active Adult community in Littleton. Two more under contruction in Douglas County. Douglas County also has two established senior communities. I am not aware of any in south Jeffco.
