Full disclosure - I'm casting homes for a TV series on strange houses. I'm scouring the internet but can't find much in Denver. What neighborhoods would have strange houses? Do you know of anything that might work?

Not in Denver but close (30 min north) but has weird houses galore--Prospect New Town in Longmont. There are a bunch of crazy and colorful modern homes all over this neighborhood. It's very unusual in that you never see this many unusual homes in one neighborhood.

The Henry Roth Home in Denver's Baker neighborhood definitely has some character to it.

There is a weird modern style house on East Powers Ave just east of Dayton St. (9892 East Powers Avenue, Greenwood Village, CO) Google streetview doesn't really do it justice. It looks weirder from the backyard.
