Here's another one of my infamous walking photo tours, this time of Littleton. This time I promise these photos are 100% within the city limits boundaries, no cheating.

It should be pretty obvious which population demographic the Old Town Littleton area caters to-- not exactly a place I envision myself hanging out any time soon.

After following the link to my flickr page, click "Slideshow."

Well except for photo 59 which is outside city limits - just kidding! A photo tour of my old hood and my new hood all in the same day! Great!

Love the pics! Thanks for sharing.

Once you get outside of the Main St, such as all the businesses along Littleton Blvd and Broadway, it becomes a more typical diverse inner-ring suburb again.

Thats too bad that that Littleton's Main St. has become so yuppiesh. Back until about the early/mid 1980s, you could still find just about everything in those few blocks. A grocery store, a really nice drug store with a 1940s era soda fountain. That was pretty cool. There were about six different barber shops. Surprisingly they were all packed all the time. It makes me wonder where it all went to.

Ah. Maybe I couldn't see it since I'm in that demographic although not by much.

There's a nice medical dispensary next to the theatre...and a comic book shop just a bit down the way.

There are a few restaurants in there like Merle's and Abe's that are worth going to.
