I am planning on moving up to Denver next week and was seeing what nice apartments are within walking distance to downtown or a short cab ride. I am planning on visiting The Post Apartments at Uptown Square and also Commons Park West apartments. Are these worth renting? Thank you

I know someone in Commons Park West who is very happy there. The location is outstanding, IMO. I think it's relatively expensive, but probably still cheaper than the rent in some of the Riverfront Park properties.

That being said, renting from an individual owner can save you money versus renting from any corporate complex, so I'd check into that option first.
