Whitening toothpastes can lighten the tooth's color by about one shade but are more abrasive than regular toothpaste. It is not a good idea to to use whitening toothpaste on a regular basis.

In-office bleaching is the quickest way and most expensive way to whiten teeth. Dramatic results can be seen after the first treatment. Whitening strips are inexpensive and will get noticeable results in about two weeks.

All toothpaste are pretty much alike. Those with fluoride work much better than those without. So find one you like the taste of and is easy on the wallet.

I've found that Rembrandt is the best of all the toothpaste who claim to whiten teeth. Very expensive, though.
