Where are you coming from? Princeton, NJ
Why are you moving? Residency at Alfred I. Dupont Hospital
Where will you be working? Wilmington, DE
Have you been here yet? Only for an interview, not for apartment searching.

Will you buy or rent? Rent
How much can you spend? My residency pays very little, so I am looking for a very cheap apartment--<$700/month would be wonderful.
Are you married or single? Single
Do you have children? No
Do you have pets? No
Do you want or need a yard? No
Are you keeping a car? Yes
Do you prefer bustling activity or calm and quiet? Calm and Quiet

What do you want to be closest to?
I need to be within 30 minutes from Alfred I. Dupont Hospital, but I would also like to be near I-95, for an easy commute back to Princeton.

Do you want to live with people of a similar age, race, religion or sexual preference or do you prefer a diverse neighborhood? No preference.

Any apartment reccomendations would be greatly appreciated. I am hoping to get down to the Wilmington area soon to scope out some places, but I could use some advice. Inexpensive rent is most important to me, but I am willing to spend a little bit more to be in a safe neighborhood. I would also prefer a nine month lease, if at all possible. Thank you!

A lease for 9 months may be difficult
Heres a great website Apartment Guide for Delaware.
Look around on the site and request a free copy.
Here are a few in your rental range that I will recommend:

Cedar Tree Village, Wilmington,
Village at Fox Pointe, Wilmington
Brandywine Apartments, Wilmington
Lancashire Court, Wilmington
Greenville Place, Greenville

These are close and in the North Wilmington, Wilmington areas
You could also look as far as Newark and still be within your 30
minute range, however, higher rents.
