I am relocating to Wilmington soon and I am interested in schools. We MAY live in an area around Foulk and Murphy Road (I think). Any info on what elementary or middle schools are used for this area? I need the honest truth. Thanks!

That would be the Brandywine School District, I believe. It's generally looked on pretty favourably, I think. Why don't you google them.

Your child will be attending either Lombardy or Carrcroft elementary school.
My grand daughter went to Carrcroft, I was impressed, but I don't know what your standards may be. Both of the schools are rated highly. Carrcroft kids wear navy or tan slacks and white, red or navy tops. Alot of elementary schools have adopted this dress code, however Lombardy as far as I know, did not. I can't offer any first hand info on the middle school. My granddaughter moved and goes to AI Dupont now.
I think, and this is just my opinion that Brandywine School District is one of the best in New Castle County. Have you heard some bad reviews? What is your biggest concern? Also, they have what they call choicing your child to go a particular school. However, you do have to apply to that school and if the child is accepted you are responsible for their transportation.
