Hi,

Long time lurker, 1st time poster. My wife and I are looking to relocate to South Delaware from PA. Does any one have information on Hearthstone Manor in Milford? Thanks.

Go to the search forums button and type in the community name and see the results also try Milford. I recall seeing that community discussed.

I actually live in Hearthstone. What would you like to know? We just had a large state-of-the-art hospital built on the opposite side of Wilkins Rd, bordering the neighborhood. The town is growing quite a bit, lots of new construction neighborhoods, new local businesses, and new franchise businesses. It’s trending upward, and conveniently located mid-way between Rehoboth and Dover. Hearthstone is also right by the highway for easy access.

I have questions! My mom just asked me about it today. She is looking for a second home that is closer to me and my siblings and Delaware wins. She saw something about the balconies, how is that going? And wanted to know overall how is the community? Would you recommend someone to come there? How are the activities? At her home in Florida I know she plays bridges and mah jongg frequently.

I personally adore Milford and visit quite frequently so it was would great to have her close by.
