Hi Everybody,

Does anyone have the latest information for Milfords Pond. We are thinking of visiting sometime later this year. I believe it is family oriented and not 55+. The HOA seems pretty manageable as well. I am not quite sure as to the quality of Ryan Homes. Any advice would be great thank you.

I would not buy a Ryan home. Period. Milford Ponds is across the dual highway from the Delaware Solid Waste Disposal transfer station.

I've worked in Milford Ponds before, and you get what you pay for. Most all in Milford Ponds are priced in the low $200,000's... (those are on concrete slabs). Ryan homes has tons of different models, in various subdivisions, and quality of construction/prices vary. It's difficult to find a ranch style home with 3 bedrooms 2 baths, and at least a one car garage for a little over $200,000 these days, which is why Milford Ponds is selling out.
