This apartment is in Wilmington and I can't find a single review of them. They're at 37 E Champlain Ave 19804. Their newly renovated but not sure about the area. Thanks!

I have friends who live there. Its generally a quiet area and close enough to schools and shopping - with a great restaurant just a block away. Before the major renovation started there was not a big problem getting maintenance requests done quick. But it seems the focus now is on upgrades so not always ASAP if they deem your request minor. Also mgmnt was pretty sketchy about timeline for moves needed to accommodate the renovation and not uncommon seems they are trying to out price the elderly and low income renters. The upgrades are not fancy but new windows should keep hearing cost down. All in all I would say it's a nice place to live.

The area is not the best and not the worst. Pretty working class. The elementary school near there is actually not bad, as far as staff and facilities. I am familiar with several of the city elementary schools in that school district, and that always seemed the most stable, with staff that had been there for years and really cared about the school. Of course, I'm going back about 10 years, maybe things have changed since then.
