You could get more intelligent answers if you gave us more info on what you are looking for. You mention moving to Delaware for business. Where? If you are completely open to anywhere in the state I would recommend Sussex County in the Cape or Indian River School districts. Good schools, plenty of activities and great for families.

Thanks for your advice. Yes, our business could be anywhere that we want . We want to live in rural area but yet it would be convenience for us to commute to the city, school,shopping,hospital......

Then I would seriously suggest you look at eastern Sussex County. The 2 school districts I mentioned have good schools with plenty of activities to keep the kids occupied.( My son just graduated and moved on to college.) We of course have the beaches. Since Delaware is shopping tax free folks come from near and far to shop our shopping outlets.Good medical care is available and close. We are about 2 hours from large cities like Philadelphia or Baltimore.

I did search around areas according your suggestion and I really love it. Would you please give me any specific area(zip code or town) within that 2 school districts? Thanks in advance.

Lewes would be one prime town to consider within the Cape Henlopen school district. You probably need to research the school district boundaries for Cape Henlopen and Indian River school districts rather than focusing on towns themselves, since the whole area is fairly compact. You could really settle anywhere within those school districts. Farther north in New Castle County, you could also find some fairly rural areas within the Appoquinimink school district, which generally is also considered quite good. This would be the area around Middletown.

These districts cover large areas here are a few of the zip codes 19958 , 19971 ,19968 , 19951 , 19966 , 19947, 19970 this is not a complete list of the zips covered by these districts. A local newspaper that covers local news and events would be News - CapeGazette.com - Covering Delaware's Cape Region - Inland Bays, Atlantic Ocean, Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Milton, Dewey Beach, USA .Larger area news (Delmarva) would be on WBOC TV 16, Delmarva's News Leader, FOX 21 - WBOC-TV 16, Delmarvas News Leader, FOX 21 - . Never having been to the area the news sites may help you get a feel for the area.

Please I got an interview appointment to work in St. Francis hospital at Wilmington 19805,does any one have an idea about the area ,the school and the safety of the place? Is it right that Wilmington is ranked as number one in crime and HIV.
I asked to know if it does worth to go to the interview or not?

There are many safe neighborhoods within reasonable commuting distance.
