I need help in finding out about Delaware with a potential move to the area because of financial problems. I live in Virginia now (originally from Boston) and wanted to know what the area is like...would like to live on or near golf courses, shopping, beaches, etc. No nothing about the area. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

There are several golf courses litterally built around homes here in the Sussex County beach area . Not cheap though.

Hi and welcome to the DE forum
I know there is a golf course in Kent county and we are only about 35 mins from the beach.
A great place to live and raise kids.
oh and no matter what type of housing your interested in....you will definately get a bang for your buck.

There are several golf courses litterally built around homes here in the Sussex County beach area . Not cheap though.
