Me either but I got mine too! It just cracks me up that we order all this stuff and not know what it is. Hubby just asked me tonight what something was and I said " free!!"
Well, I forgot to put my phone number in the first time so I had to start over.
The 2nd time, I forgot to put a check mark in the billing (or was it shipping???), area in order for it to be the same address so it flagged me on the name, address, etc.
The third time, I did it aok and it told me that my shopping cart was empty......
SOOOOOOOOO, you guys are just going to have to tell me all about it when you get it....I give up......
It seems to be an upscale water softening system minus the salt.....you must have to put the little bags in the soap container area on the dishwasher door and it must soften the water.......I'd like to see if it works.......I try everything and still end up with water spots........

And thanks for the explanation, Wurzig. I have the same problem with water spots, despite all the products I buy that are guaranteed not to leave spots.
