Any idea what u do once on their site. It says I have no promos/offers available....

I have no idea. Let me check around. I'm a member, so maybe they have something posted in my email.

UPDATE:
After becoming a member....(and you will have to confirm through email)
Go to the Marlboro site.
Click 'My Marlboro' (upper right tab)
The offer reads the rules will be posted on October 22.
From that, I'm assuming this hasn't started yet.
The date I posted came from another sites, so maybe they jumped the gun.
I'll keep an eye on the offer to make sure we have all updates!!!
