Yes, YEA for the Xanax. Thank goodness I have a veterinarian who understands what it's like to have a dog who goes so crazy when it storms. Of course, she's always zonked out for about 24 hours so today is a sleep-day for her.

So I finally broke down today and decided I need to see a Dr. about my eczema (it's gotten REALLY bad on my hands/between fingers - and on my neck) - there is not a single appt. available this entire month!! I don't go to a Dr. at the drop of a hat (I haven't been since 1/2 ) - I also need a refill for my BP med. (and now it prob. will need to be a higher dosage, LOL) - it's crazy that you can't get in to see your Dr. for over a month (I didn't check into next month) - just my rant - carry on!
Aw, sorry it's not getting better. Do you have the option to go to something like the CVS Minute clinic or any kind of Doc in the box? They can do everything your Doctor can do.
I'm sorry too, Flamingo. It's crazy that you cant get in to see your doc for a month. I hope you asked to be on a call list for any cancellations.
I agree with Camper's suggestion to go to either a CVS Minute Clinic or one of the doc-in-a-box places. And can you ask your pharmacy to call your doctor for a BP med refill? My doctor will give me a refill if I have a scheduled appointment sometime in the future.
Thanks gals! I did actually hear back from my Dr. (surprisingly quick!) - she send for a refill and said she'll have someone in the office call in the next couple weeks to set up an appt.! Nuts!! They only have an online option to schedule appts. so no way to say lmk if a cancellation, etc. - Drs. don't actually want to talk to you unless it's your 15 mins. in the office...........
