No, I'm serious. I do know what a Kindle is, but only because I bought one for someone a few years ago. But I've never actually seen one in person -- I was too intimidated to open the box when I bought that one as a gift.
And, as for iPads, iPhones, Ianythings...fuggedaboutit. My daughter gave me an iPod years ago and it's still in the box.

Your probably better off not knowing.
I know what they are but don't use them either.
Don't need all the toys!
Just me and my desktop

I agree! Just me and my desktop too!
Both my daughter and my sister keep trying to talk me into one of those i-things. They look too small to type on. I had trouble typing on the laptop after my surgery. I'd even like my desktop keyboard to be twice as large as it is.

I feel the same way and I even still have a land line. I did get rid of my Betamax and tapes a while back. Hated to see them go.
The room I have my desktop in is like an island of serenity. I have never wanted a laptop. I wait a long time before changing my ways.
