You have to be careful and not add anything different...ie..your own logos etc. If you order anything outside of the FREE stuff posted, they will charge you. I had to learn this via trial and error.
Still doesn't work for me. I only selected free stuff, I didn't add a logo or anything, I just took plain stuff (for instance: pen with nothing written on it), they still ask me to choose a "delivery time" to set the shipping price... and want to charge me for it!
The "free shipping" is only available on orders of $50 or more. A "free" pen is going to cost $4+ to get to your door. Still not a bad deal is you want a custom pen.
