Anyone know of any agent/broker that rebates part of their real estate commission with me, the buyer. Im buying a new spec home...and please real estate agents who will undoubtedly reply with "you shouldnt do this....buyer beware....you should get a real estate agent that works for you.." etc etc need not reply....thank you...

If you're buying a house an agent can agree to pay some of their bonus or commission but it will have to be disclosured on the HUD1 as contibution toward the buyer. Some lenders may not permit this. They will review the HUD1 and approve or disapprove and instruction the title company on what is permissable.
