I was looking through the list of providers at powertochoose.org for a reasonably priced provider who would have a 100% Renewables plan.

I'm currently using Green Mountain, but my rates are much higher now than when I started with them. It was 13 cents/kWh and now suddenly it's 17.3 cents. (Yes! Ouch!) Granted, it's 'On Peak' but still that seems over the top.

It looks like YEP Energy is competitively priced, but I had never heard of them until saw them on this list. If I get on their fixed rate plan, I can at least have different rates for a year.

Does anyone have any experience with them. Do they have consistent delivery? How is their customer support?

Thumbs down YEP energy, more like NOPE energy

Be cautious, just got first bill with them. while they boast a low price per KWH, they make it up just fine on a percentage based "Delivery fee". They dont deliver anything, they use and pay partial back to Centerpoint / Reliant energy for the use of the transmission lines, all in all i am only saving .01 per KWH from Spark energy. Dont think i am going to like being billed in the Summer with this company, believe it is going to surpass my prior summers bills. BE WARY OF THEM.

Thanks for the warning about the delivery fee. I wondered if it might be too good to be true.
