I haven't heard much about this area. I like that it's by the lake and I have found reasonable home prices there.

Awesome, thank u - that was a good article. Do you have any personal opinions on the area?

No, I have never been there, nor have I ever known anyone that lived there. Hopefully someone who knows the area will post.

If have driven thru Corinth quite a few times and it's a nice community. Infact my college roomate moved form Lewisville and built a house in Corinth. It's not as upscale as a Frisco but a nice community just the same. I am not familar with the schools at all.

I've been there on occasion. It was your typical suburban community. Mostly tract homes and a few shops. It did not seem as developed as other burbs, but things may have changed in the past few years.

I don't know if the schools are as good as the surrounding Flower Mound / Grapevine / Southlake and you might have to drive a little ways to shops/restaurants, but other than that it is your typical suburb.

The only big problem with Corinth is that the main artery is I-35E, and it can be a parking lot during rush hour if a wreck happens on or near the Lake Lewisville Bridge.

AbbyT,

Corinth is a very nice area. It's small, the neighbors are very nice & helpful to one another. The bridge deal is a pain if you have to commute. We actually used to live there in Oakmont Estates. There's a golf course there, a country club, pool and all sorts of fun stuff. It's nearby Lake Lewisvile and we used to go there a lot with our pooches - this was pre-son days. Let me know how I can help.

Thanks,
T. Hayley
