White insulation material (blown-in insulation) coming into home via AC ducts

I see a few fibers around the home every day. I climbed in the attic and checked, but I don't see any issues, but the AC ducts are spread out in the attic in places I can't reach.

I found that insulation is present inside the flexible AC ducts too....can that come loose?

Who can I call to inspect this?

You should not see attic insulation inside your AC ducts. There's a hole somewhere - probably in the return line - or the installers were sloppy and got insulation inside the ducts before closing up the system.

Call an AC company.
