Hi

I am looking to relocate to Dallas area in the near future, may be in 2-3 months. I am looking for a software developer job. What are the good job sites that I can start looking? Currently working in New York, I have not looked for a job in a while.

Not sure where you went to school, but if they have a Dallas chapter, I would also reach out to people in the alumni group as well.

I am an asp .net web applications developer, skilled in C#, HTML, CSS, Javascript, jquery, also have some wpf experience.
I work at an investment bank in NYC, have been working in the financial industry in the last 10 years.

I am just doing the prep work now, I will work on sharpening my skills and updating my resume in the next 4-6 weeks.

Thanks

I work in I.T. and I don't even post my resume anymore, but I still get contacted daily based on very old resumes from the site I am about to name. My advice is to post your resume on Dice and Careerbuilder and let them contact you, but also see what's out there on Indeed (they pull from almost every job site). Also, Linkup is supposed to pull jobs from the company's sites.

Capital One and Bank of America was hiring heavily when I was in Dallas.

Capital One seems to still be. I was contacted twice last month and already once this month by them.
