We very recently moved to the Josey/Hebron area. I know I can (and have) googled restaurants in our area, but I want to hear your recommendations.

If you drive into Castle Hills, there are a couple of really good restaurants in the Village Shops:
Sushiwa - Sushi and Japanese
Lunada -
Lunada Tex Mex Restaurant - Lewisville, Texas A brand new (just opened this month) Tex-Mex place that is owned by the original founder of Luna de Noche.

There's a Fuzzy's Taco on the southeast corner of Josey and Hebron. Also, a decent little hole in the wall Italian place at the northwest corner of Hebron and Old Denton.

Babes is fun and very relaxed environment. The menu is very simple, you have a choice between like 2-3 different meats including fried chicken, Chicken Fried Steak, and Pot Roast...I maybe missing something.

I'm sorry if I was vague--chvelo is right, "Carrollton area" is really big. I just didn't want it to sound like I wouldn't leave my own neighborhood for a great restaurant. You have all been so helpful, and it will take us a while to eat our way through this list.
