Just waiting for Lakewooder to tell us why 5% means Dallas ISD is WONDERFUL!!!

But as another footnote, we should mention that Highland Park often gets its high ratings by cheating (is that the Highland Park way, or what?) and declaring a large portion of the kids retarded and that takes the bottom chunk off their test scores.

If it can be tested, it can be faked! I lub Texas.

You missed Lewisville ISD - 17/68 = 28%

Also, Carroll ISD is 100% - 11/11

It does look like DISD is trending in the right direction. 13 in 2K6, 15 in 2K7. Where do we see the names of the schools?
