Depends on where on Dallas Parkway and time of day. Traffic is bad coming out of Flower Mound regardless of where you are going, but you're probably talking 30 minutes. You can go down business 121 and avoid rush hour completely once you get east of 35. Really depends on what part of Flower Mound you're talking about as well.

We considered moving to the area close to 2499 and 407 when looking for houses last spring, I timed the commute at 30 to 35 minutes to Preston and Spring Creek during morning rush. Should be about the same for yours.

Less than 30 minutes, depending on where in Flower Mound and where in Plano.

George Bush is rather too far east from Flower Mound, isn't it--
121 toll road is closer--right there were 3040 comes out
