Good morning all. Back in MN after a wonderful time-feel like we never left.

Ate well and still my jeans fit but have to get back into routine again. I so missed my yogurt and fresh fruit.

Took our time returning and it was like a mini-vacation. The trees in PA were just starting to change and so beautiful.

Breakfast will be good old NJ rye toast (brought back a huge loaf).
Lunch-cottage cheese/salad
Dinner linguine and white clam sauce.

Missed you all.

Good morning everyone and welcome back Judi. It's another rainy day in the mountains.

There is a new challenge that was started by Charley. It starts on January 1, 2010 and the goal is to walk 1000 miles in 2010. Here is the link if you are interested.
https://www.city-data.com/forum/exerc...ge-2010-a.html

My goal today is to stop the mindless snacking. I've gotten bad lately so here I am to get back on track.

Breakfast- Egg white omelet or oatmeal.

Lunch- Lentil soup. Hey I have a lot still in the freezer, lol.

Dinner- Chicken and veggies.

Dessert- Cottage cheese with peaches and cinnamon.

Have a great weekend.

Morning ladies...Lisa, still raining here as well...The local news is reporting for people to beware of getting into their gardens/flower gardens too soon because of MOLD!!! I've got an area on my rock driveway that I will need to bleach as soon as the rains cease because it is green from all the rain!

Todays breakfast will be the same as yesterdays, a piece of whole wheat toast with a dallop of muscadine jelly on it and a cup of coffee...

Lunch will be chicken noodle soup

hmm, it's Friday and we usually eat out....that means I can eat a salad and bake potato

Tonight is our local school's beauty review, and my wonderful son is an escort for the third year! Last year he was 1st alternate and this year I do hope he gets most handsome. I wish I knew how to put pics on here because I would show you guys how cute he is in his tux!

Good morning ladies...

Welcome back Judi...sounds like you had a wonderful time!

Lisa...good luck on your snacking goal! I've been reading Charley's thread for his 1,000 mile walk and it sounds like many are on board with him.

Jeannie...glad to see you back...Izzy did a great job yesterday!

aiangel...wish you knew how to put pics on here too...would love to see your son in his tux. I don't know how to do pictures either...it took me 3 years to put a picture on my profile!

Breakfast-Coffee so far, and will have my yogurt in a bit.

Lunch-1/2 of a Subway sandwich and Baked Chips.

Dinner-not sure yet...

Have a great day everyone...stay dry those of you who are having rain...wish it would blow this way!! Like Izzy says, it'll be hot here today, but it's supposed to be cooling off in another day or so...we'll see!

thank you Lisa. I now have a couple of pics of him in an album. Not full tux photos, I was getting him to try it on to see if it fit, and this was the best I could get. Will get full tux pics this evening.

now, if someone can tell me how to get them from my profile to actual posts!!!!

OMG he is a cutie and looks sharp!

Lunch was a mexican omelet out. Did tons of grocery shopping, picked up and sorted 3 weeks worth of mail, made a huge spin. salad, fruit salad and had the car washed. Now off to the doc for a checkup for Mr. L and flu shots.
