Good morning! Running a bit late here. Coffee with sugar in the raw and soy milk so far.... Off to work, tonight my daughter has swim team practice and my routine has been working out in the attached gym which is working out well. My 12 year old took a junior work-out class and now he can join me. My daughter's first year of swimming and she's doing great! 6 ribbons so far. Our championship meet will be at NC State in 2 weeks. See you all tonight! Jeannie

Good evening. I am just lazy today. I am really taking it easy and plan to continue to do so until Friday when I have the after check. I just putter around the house and cleaned off the counter of my bathroom when Mr. VA went in to exercise. I have always pushed myself in the past and usually ended up wishing I hadn't. I spent most of the afternoon with QVC. The choice was to do that or go shopping. Lazy won. Didn't buy anything, but saw lots of good choices. May go on line later.

Breakfast: 2 strawberry eggo waffles
banana
coffee and milk

Lunch: 2 slices of toasted whitewheat
2 T. low fat Harris Teeter peanut butter
1 cup mini carrots
apple
Coffee and milk

Dinner: Breaded baked flounder fillet
cole slaw
nectarine
strawberry yogurt
coffee and milk

That's the way to do it. Yes!

We just had a nice little rain shower with a couple of thunderboomers thrown in.

Everybody had a good night.

Take it easy NCN relax and not worry about a thing

Pretty hot here! Got home at 7 pm. temps at home was 95. I have 3 wall unit air conditioning, just used 2 of them. but nights and early morning in Califorinia are cool, but it surges real high during the day. So I opened the windows and doors now and have a big fan blowing air to the inside.

I had some Chinese with my co-workers,first time in two months! phew! I didn't have the rice though,I know what is good for me now.

At night I just had yogurt with some fruit.

Izzy, that is fabulous! Wow! I've been going to the gym for a few weeks and I'm finally down 8 lbs. this morning. It was back and forth for awhile but I'm hopeful this will continue. 6 more lbs to initially where I wanted to be but ultimately 10 more would really be good. Yesterday I did 3 miles on the treadmill.

breakfast...

oatmeal with sliced banana and soymilk
water with lemons throughout the day (about 8-10 8 oz glasses)
supplements

lunch...

turkey on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato and musturd

dinner...

2 chicken dogs on whole wheat with a small amount of baked beans
2 double sugarfree pops
