Good morning! Well, we're halfway through another week and I think I'm finally back on track. Yeterday was a pretty good eating day for me, along with getting a lot of the Christmas decorating done. Only a little extra pretzel nibbling while my kids and I put up our Christmas village....http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/xmasvillage.gif (broken link) Off to work for 2 days then off for 4, yeah! Coffee with splenda and soymilk...Have a great day! http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/wednesday-1.jpg (broken link) Jeannie

Do you think it is possible to make french toast with egg whites only. I think I will try. Dh loves french toast, but he does not need the egg yolks.
Before water exercises:
Coffee and milk
banana
last chocolate fudge marshmallow
After water exercises:
Coffee and milk
lot of tossed salad with lettuce, onion, cucumber, tomato with no dressing
crackers and special bread
I am going to go check on making french toast to have a little later.
