Shadow & I have walked this morning. Shadow is sulking because she hates it that I am working again. She will be even more upset when she finds out her Daddy starts a new job today.
Glad to see you are all still skipping to a good beat! I've been chasing my tail the last few weeks house hunting ... yup, still at it! My hubby after retiring from the military landed the job he wanted. No need for walking, I've been floating!
Anyhoo, I'm going to brave the rain this morning and go for a nice long walk. My poor pooch is getting a little too old now to make it far. Funny, since she'll spend all day in the river chasing fish!

oh BTW I casually mentioned to hubby that maybe we should take the laptop with us on the cruise so I could "upload the pictures from the memory card" during the trip. That way we won't "risk" losing any.
shhh I found out the ship has wireless connections in each cabin. wink wink

1 hour cycling class and 25 mins on the elliptical
omg it was so hard trying not to sing along with my mp3 player.
ok I have some results to report.
I asked the one female trainer if she could remeasure me since my pants fit
I have lost almost 2" in my waist and almost 1" in my hips
actually the funny thing is the hips have gone down but I have been building up my non-existent butt (cycling is good for that) so thats why the hips didn't show as much of a loss. because I removed it form one place and added to the other.
