Oh no! Now this is serious! How can I enjoy my bagels without a bit of cream cheese?

Worse how will this shortage of that ingredient affect cheesecake production?

We have it made compared to generations before us. We can worry about low cream cheese levels. lol. It is a little comical if you think about it. It wasn't that long ago you had to wait for certain fruits to be in season to get them.

I couldn't get cream cheese to make cheesecake for Thanksgiving, but I scored some at the grocery last night for a party today.

Last time I bought cream cheese, I did notice there weren't many left.

Ummmmmm. You'd better buy some extra beans.

Now.

A few weeks ago, the doughnut shop in a city near us was going to run out of chocolate icing and would not get any more for 6 weeks, so they decided to make their own. Fast forward to now, they are saving $500 a week making 45 lbs of chocolate sauce a day and are now going to start making other flavors of icing.

Got several blocks of cream cheese this morning (Ontario) but Kelloggs Rice Krispies and Vector meal replacement cereal are all but gone at every store.

I nabbed a box of the Christmas Rice Krispies with the red and green, which is fine for Rice Krispie Squares but my FIL is beside himself without the Vector. He’ll have to branch out.
