Well after looking at the video again, the child is probably not old enough to have the juvenile justice system deal with her. I think that's 10-12 yrs old in most places.

In all the hospitals I’ve ever worked in, the trouble depressors were individually seal wrapped.

I thought the only place that you could buy them in bulk, unsealed, was in craft stores.

About the only way this would remotely get a pass from me is if both people were mentally disabled. But for two people who have fully functioning mental faculties it’s unacceptable.

Christ thing about the possible transmitted diseases that can be passed on. Anyone tampering with food should have a mandatory two year jail sentence.
