Hi everyone! I'm hoping that you can help me
I'm moving to Cookeville in October and am looking for a place to rent. I'm stuck working until I leave and can't go look for apartments. I live in Florida and I'm really excited about the move! I'm just wondering if anyone's seen something around or knows someone with a place available? I've checked out websites but am having a hard time. I really like what brock properties have, but they're all rented out. Steven's rentals doesn't seem to know much about the properties, and the classifieds on the Herald don't have photos, which I need to see! I'm looking for a 2br/1ba apartment/house/etc. with a w/d hookup and central air. I live simply, and want to spend a max of about $450. Something clean and in a safe neighborhood. I would really appreciate any help! And if anyone's looking for a nice place in Fort Walton Beach, I'll be vacating soon

2BR apartments with w/d hookups for less than $450 might be a bit of a stretch. I did a quick Google search and found some, but they tend to be geared towards college students. If that's ok with you, check out Eagles Landing or Cypress Creek which are both large complexes a mile or so west of campus. Otherwise, if it were me, I'd check out Saxony which does seem to fit your criteria, and it's a much more family friendly place in a good location just a few hundred yards from downtown and behind a golf course.

I'm moving to Cookeville in October and am looking for a place to rent. I'm stuck working until I leave and can't go look for apartments. I live in Florida and I'm really excited about the move! I'm just wondering if anyone's seen something around or knows someone with a place available? I've checked out websites but am having a hard time. I really like what brock properties have, but they're all rented out. Steven's rentals doesn't seem to know much about the properties, and the classifieds on the Herald don't have photos, which I need to see! I'm looking for a 2br/1ba apartment/house/etc. with a w/d hookup and central air. I live simply, and want to spend a max of about $450. Something clean and in a safe neighborhood. I would really appreciate any help! And if anyone's looking for a nice place in Fort Walton Beach, I'll be vacating soon
