There's a great display on Ash Rd in Naugatuck, and they ask for non-perishable donations.

Any others?

Hubbard Park always has a drive thru one in Meriden. I always drive up to the one in Forest Park in Springfield, MA. By far the best I've seen. They have theme's such as toyland, dinosaurs, different holidays around the world etc. Its great fun!

Very nice of them.

I forgot about Hubbard Park. For anyone unfamiliar with this, it's located in Meriden not far from the mall. It's a very nice park where they annually decorate the trees with lights during the Christmas season, and they really do a nice job of it. I haven't been in years. Not because I don't want to go but because it's a bit of a hike from where I live. Anyway it's well wortha look for anyone who hasn't been.

Are outdoor Christmas light displays by homeowners not really done in CT? I grew up on LI and I didn't have to drive far at all to see beautiful homeowner displays. I can't find anything since I moved here. I don't want to have to drive back to LI to see lights!

Can anyone shred some light on this??

The one in Naugatuck is a homeowner. I'm not sure about the others.

The one in Springfield, MA is located in Forest Park. Here is the web address with the info. Though I must say it isn't free, their is a per car cost, but WELL worth it. It's the largest light display in New England. Bright Nights PLEASE check it out! YOU'LL love it!!!

When you ride through Bright Nights, make sure you put your radio on channel 98.5FM as they have holiday music to accompany the lights. It just adds to the magic. Let me know how you like it.
