How long do you guys think Bob Diaco will be at UConn as head football coach? It is a tough assignment for anyone. I wonder what makes him think he can really turn the place into a strong program. He probably thinks this as a stepping stone, but how long do you think it will take him to turn the place around.

They'll give him two years to make progress, and if things are not better in season 3, that could be his last.

The northeast is pretty much a basketball stronghold. U-Conn would be hard pressed to get by just about any team in the SEC football wise. The ACC has some strong football teams as well.

Basketball however U-Conn. Syracuse, Duke, Hoosiers.

Football teams like Alabama, Clemson, Auburn, Texas A&M, Seminoles, LSU, Mississippi State, Gators, these are just a few and unless you come from a region that breathes college football like the south does, there really is no northeast team that could compete in the realm of football.
