THANKS!
Connecticut does not have a lot of townhouse complexes that are rentals. Most townhouse complexes are condos. That may be your only choice. Jay

Condo complexes are managed by property managers. However, since condos are privately owned, one pays the rent directly to the owner or to the owner's representative, which might be the real estate agent doing the renting.

The property manager for the condo would take care of the outside of the unit, the owner/ tenant is responsible for the inside.

However, I think the OP is looking for something different than what we are thinking of. We all know that large apartment complexes often have on site leasing agents, who also manage the buildings. I think that is what the OP wants.

But the OP wants it to apply to a townhouse. So the OP is looking for a townhouse designed rental community, in which the townhouses are all owned and rented by one company. Then the management is also the leasing agent. That is what I'm getting from the OP's query.

YES that is what I mean. Sorry I did not know how to word it. I just wanted to know if there are any other options. We have looked at rentals through a rental agency and our choices are very limited, so I wanted to see if there was something like we had now, we all the townhomes are leased by the same and its all on site.

There are plenty of rental communities mixed in with the condos on westlake in Middletown. I don't think any are town houses. There are 2 carrabettas complexes in Middletown (Washington st behind staples & one on rt 3 near the high school) that are both complexes but not many amenities in those and they take low income vouchers so there are some shady buildings.

There's very few Townhouse apartment complexes in the area, at least in the towns north of Middletown. I think Goodwin Gardens in Wethersfield offers 2-bedroom townhouses for rent. Those are an older building, but it's probably fairly cheap. The best bet might be Salem Village on the Berlin turnpike. It's 2-bedroom units are townhouse style. There's a lot of apartment complexes in the area, but that's all I can think for ones that actually offer townhouses.
You probably would have more options if you rent a Condo Townhouse from an owner.

There are a couple townhouse condos in Glastonbury that you can sometime find rentals in. The largest is called Milestone. Jay
