That was Julie Robert's before she became famous. Is the Pizza good there?

I liked Captain Daniel Packer. Oyster Club is good too. I thought Abbott's was terrible, but a nice location.

See now, we love Abbotts. The food is good and fresh and the setting is wonderful. Jay

I agree with mlassoff. For a nice sit down meal (expensive), I always liked the Captain Daniel Packer Inn, although the ambiance was better before they replaced their real wood burning fireplaces with gas fired.

For pizza, you need to try Pizza Grille. they make a unique wood fired pizza that is delicious.

Don't have a lot of experience in that area, but last time we visited we thought Mango's (in the somewhat kitschy Olde Mistick Village, across from the aquarium) made a superb pizza!

Had a lobster roll with old, chewy lukewarm lobster bits (and not much of it), runny bisque and dry crab cakes.

Off day? Maybe. The setting is beautiful though.

See we never experienced anything like that when we went. Everything has always been very fresh and perfectly cooked. Jay

Mystic Market is a very delicious place to grab a quick bite! Very near Noank. You can't go wrong with this place! They offer everything from salads to sandwiches to prepared meals to delicious desserts. I recommend you try it! It is absolutely packed in the summer
