We just moved back to western CT. from England where I became a huge fan of the EPL. (West Ham, unfortunately) Was wondering if there were any other football/soccer fanatics in these parts or a pub where people meet up to watch the games.

Sorry I have to:

"Fing is with Arsenal, they always try to walk it in."

Back to the point though:

Where are you in Western CT? Because I know of a few pubs that will put on EPL, UEFA, even rugby and hurling matches. Tigin in Stamford, Buffalo Wild Wings in Danbruy or Stamford, and the Field and Brennan's in Bridgeport come to mind.

Anna Liffey's on Whitney Ave. in New Haven does as well.

West Ham Hammers! I'm forever blowing bubbles, pretty bubbles in the air... Don't deny your team!

Thanks, all.

I'm in New Milford so Danbury would be convenient. I can get the games at home and online, just looking to find places where people gather to watch them near me. I miss gathering in the pub to watch a bit of football and quaff a few pints.

Yes, Kristin,
They fly so high, they reach the sky,
And like my dreams they fade and die.

I think we're in good shape to escape relegation this year with the new players and momentum, but the schedule is very tough. Also worried how the FA Cup games might adversely affect their EPL form. I'd love to win the Cup, but staying up has to be first priority.

Anna Liffey's and O'Toole's in New Haven seem to be the places to catch Premier League.

Have you tried O'Toole's in New Milford? Just a thought, not sure if they play the games.
