My favorite VPN service is hide.me, no one uses proxies anymore. I even use it for Bit torrent apps. It tunnels everything you load on your computer through their servers.

They are consistent and reliable, I've used them in particular for a couple of years now. Canada and Netherlands are two of my favorite locations to tunnel through.

Just go to the hide.me site for a sign up and follow a few simple step instructions with pictures to tunnel in windows through their Virtual Private Networks with a new IP!
