When I'm browsing city-data, I often need to hit the refresh button (F5) so the webpages will completely download. I only encounter this problem on city-data. I'm using a Gateway laptop with Windows 8. The computer is only a year old. Any suggestions?

Does it happen with a particular browser or all of them (IE, Firefox, Chrome)?

Since the last MS update IE has been very buggy. Use another browser and if you don't have a copy of ccleaner, download it and run it.
